When I saw the lady in the image holding up that sign, I couldn't help but capture her and [the/that] powerful message of poster sign.

And, as you all know, racism is the main determinant of disparities in death and disease in the past years versus when seen as a separate personalized entity from organizations and institutions. And now it's becoming part of broader public health discourse.

So, in this activism, I felt it was important to portray that; framing racism as a public health issue sends the message that it should be part of a broader systemic issue in which it's addressed in policies, practices, enforcement and education.

So, that is why I captured that photo. Thank you.
